This Site is maintained by Thatchers Cider Company Limited ("we" or "us") for the personal use, of persons who are lawfully permitted to consume alcoholic beverages, in countries and other territories where the consumption of alcoholic beverages is lawful. By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.

ACCESSING OUR SITE
Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or terminate indefinitely the service we provide on our Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your Internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of a registration scheme or a security procedure, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section of the Terms and Conditions. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
MAIL ORDER
- Minimum order one case – You can mix and match Thatchers bottles and jugs, but there is a minimum of 12 per order.
- Thatcher will not sell or deliver alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.
- All products are subject to availability.
- Please allow 14 working days delivery from receipt of order.
- Thatchers must be notified immediately of any breakages, shortfalls or missing deliveries.
- Cancellations must be notified within 48 hours and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Errors and omissions excepted.
RETURNS
By using a specialist delivery service and packing in thick boxes, we have tried to ensure that your purchases arrive in the same condition they left us. However, breakages may occasionally happen; similarly, goods may occasionally be faulty.
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we should be notified within 3 working day and the damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 7 days. We are happy to arrange collection by our courier at no extra charge to you. A credit for the goods will be made within 28 days, or replacements dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of these goods.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the materials published on it, including but not limited to trade marks, designs, logos, text, images, audio and video materials, look and feel and software (including code, interface and website structure) ("Materials"). The Materials are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from any Materials on our Site.
We reserve the right to copy protect any of the Materials on our Site. Provided that you are located in a country or other territory where the consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted AND you are of a legal age to consume alcoholic beverages in the country or other territory in which you are located, you may print a reasonable number of hard copies, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your lawful, personal, non-commercial use. Unless otherwise specifically authorised by us (by way of example only, explicit instructions such as "Click Here to Enlarge this Image") you must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text or proprietary notice. All other copying (whether in electronic, hard copy or other format) reproduction, transmission, public performance, distribution, commercial exploitation, adaptation, translation, modification, bundling, merging, sharing or making available to any person, or creation of any derivative works of our Site or the Materials on our Site is prohibited and may breach intellectual property laws and other laws worldwide.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the holders of rights in the Materials on our Site must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the Materials on our Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us and, where applicable, our licensors.
If you print off, copy or download any part of our Site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the Materials you have made.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your use of the Site.
You may not use our Site:

We aim to update our Site regularly, and may change the content at any time. Any of the material on our Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Thatchers Facebook Page COMPETITION terms and conditions
Free prize draw, no purchase necessary. This competition opens at 4pm Friday 12th April 2013 and the closing date is 2pm Wednesday 17th April 2013. Proof of dispatch is not proof of receipt. Thatchers Cider Company Ltd. will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of this promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Thatchers Cider Company Ltd. may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this prize draw or communicating with entrants.
Age, residency and other restrictions
The competition is only open to individuals who are aged 18 years or over and who are residents of theUK. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address and phone number. The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Thatchers Cider Company Ltd., its group companies or their family members. By entering the competition you confirm that you meet these entry criteria and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry restrictions and ownership
Individuals are restricted to one entry only per person per competition. System checks will be performed and those submitting more than one entry may be disqualified. Proof of eligibility to enter the competition may be required.
Assessment of skill
The judges' decision in determining winning entries in all competitions shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
The prize consists of one case of 6x500ml bottles of either; Thatchers Gold, Thatchers Somerset Pear, Thatchers Somerset Rose, Thatchers Somerset Mixed Fruit, Thatchers Vintage, Thatchers Green Goblin, Thatchers Old Rascal, Thatchers Katy, Thatchers Cox’s. Thatchers Cider Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. The prize is expected to be as stated but if the prize is unavailable Thatchers may provide an equivalent prize of at least equivalent value. The prize is non transferable. No cash alternative will be given. Thatchers Cider Company Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
Notification of winners
Winners will be notified on Wednesday 17th April 2013 and will be informed of how to claim their prize. Winners must respond to notification of their prize by 2pm on Wednesday 24th April 2013 otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and Thatchers Cider Company Ltd. reserves the right to re-award the prize. Thatchers Cider Company ltd. is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive e-mail accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or the potential winner’s failure to adequately monitor any e-mail address or phone number. A list of winners can be obtained from Thatchers upon request.
Publicity
Competition entrants agree to their name to be used in publicity materials in any media (including on the Thatchers website, Facebook page and those of any competition partners) anywhere in the world. The winners may be required to participate in the Promoter’s marketing and promotional activities and by entering the Promotion consents to such participation.
Law
This competition is operated under the laws ofEnglandandWalesand is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Thatchers does not accept responsibility for compliance with the laws of any other country and gives no assurances that prizes are lawful or appropriate in any other country and will have no liability for such. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Thatchers Cider Company Ltd. and not to Facebook. By entering the competition, the participant agrees to release Thatchers Cider Company Ltd. from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the competition or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
Withdrawal of competition
Thatchers reserve the right to withdraw, alter or suspend any competition for legal or technical reasons without any liability. Thatchers will notify withdrawal or suspension of a competition by posting notice to that effect as soon as reasonably possible. No responsibility will be accepted by Thatchers or its agents for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, completed or delayed computer transmission which affects entrants’ ability to enter the prize draw or for any other reason beyond its control.
