Brand Academy – Customer Service Specialist

Thatchers Brand Academy is an opportunity for you to start you career supporting our customers, understanding our brand and working within our customer service department.

The training for this role is delivered through the new trailblazer L3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship designed to meet industry standards and give you the specific skills and knowledge to become a confident member of the customer service team.

As a brand apprentice you would build your knowledge of our brand and customer base through the customer service department. You will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced team environment supporting our customers.

You will have the opportunity to support events within marketing and work closely with the sales team as part of this apprenticeship role.
