Commis Chef Apprenticeship
The School of Food was designed by Michelin-starred chef, Josh Eggleton and Best Ambassador for Food winner, Adrian Kirikmaa. These two highly experienced chefs have joined forces with the Ofsted outstanding rated Weston College and Ashton Gate Stadium to develop a unique training programme that will give young people access to high-quality kitchens, industry experts and invaluable insights.
The School of Food delivers all the training for the L2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship. As part of the chef academy you will attend a weekly masterclass at Bristol’s Ashton Gate delivered by the School of Food.
You will be working in a dynamic team in our popular Railway Restaurant. As an apprentice commis chef you will need to have flare and a passion to deliver high standards of food, be creative and imaginative and strive to use locally sourced fresh produce.
Please note the closing date for applications are March 17th 2019. If you are selected to move onto the next stage our assessment day will be on Thursday April 4th 2019.
