Big Apple Sour

Our Big Apple Sour is a showstopper! Based on a New York Sour – with a classic red wine float – this cocktail has complexity and body, brought by a blend of ingredients including bourbon, red wine and egg white.


How to make:

  1. Add the Bourbon, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, Egg whites & Aromatic Bitters to a shaker.
  2. Fill with cubed ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Add 80ml of Thatchers Gold to the shaker.
  4. Strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice.
  5. Add the float of Red Wine and top with a cherry.
