Marmalade G&C

- 50ml aromatic gin
- 4tbsp marmalade
- 4tbsp boiling water
- Sprig of rosemary
- Thatchers Blood Orange to top
- Blood orange wheel
- Ice
- In a saucepan, whisk the marmalade, rosemary and boiling water.
- Gently warm over a low heat and melt into a syrup.
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add the syrup and gin, then shake.
- Strain into an iced glass and top with Thatchers Blood Orange.
- Add a blood orange wheel and a sprig of rosemary to garnish.
