Win Festival Tickets with Thatchers Haze

1. Open to UK residents only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Prizes will be drawn and winners contacted on Friday 7th June 2024.
3. Multiple entries are allowed using unique entry codes, received when buying a pint of Thatchers Haze in participating outlets. One entry code is received per one pint purchased. Entries through agents or third parties are invalid.
4. There are 3 first prizes available consisting of:
   1. A pair of tickets to a Summer festival – winners can choose from (1 pair of tickets per event available in total and winners can choose on a first come first serve basis):
      1. Truck Festival, Oxfordshire, 26th – 28th July
      2. Tramlines, Sheffield, 26th – 28th July
      3. Kendal Calling, Lake District, 1st-4th August

5. There are 10 runners-up prizes available that consist of:
   1. A case (24 cans) of Thatchers Haze
   2. Thatchers merchandise including bucket hat, t-shirt & lanyard
6. UK entrant’s participation is online via the Thatchers Cider website only. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this entry route.
7. Winners will be randomly selected by using an online random number generator on June 17th 2024 and will be notified on the draw date via email.
8. Prizes must be claimed within 5 days of email will be sent out within 1 week following receipt of the winner’s details.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
10. Any prize winner who has not responded to notification within five days will forfeit their prize.
11. Winners may be required to take part in unpaid related promotional publicity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
12. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any social media site entries to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the promotion.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion.
