1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 3. Promotion is only open to legal residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Thatchers Cider, (their families, agents,), or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.

4. Opening date for the leaderboard promotion period is 09:00 04/12/2025 and closing date is 17:00 31/05/2026

5. Internet access is required. Mobile number and email address required for entry.

7. To Participate:

a. Play the Thatchers Perfection In Every Drop Kick Game via following this link: https://www.perfectionineverydropkick.co.uk/

b. To enter the leaderboard competition, you must add your score to the leaderboard by completing the name & email address entry fields. Any score obtained that is not entered onto the leaderboard will be excluded from the leaderboard competition.

c. The leaderboard will refresh scores at 12.30pm every Friday. At this point, all scores are wiped to zero and any scores from the previous weeks will not count towards that weeks competition.

d. The winner of each week will be the person at the top of the leaderboard at 12.30pm every Friday within each week of the promotion period.

e. Each individual (recognised by unique email address) can win a maximum of 3 times during the promotional period. Should a winner top the leaderboard more than three times, that week’s prize will go to the player in second position.

f. The winner of each weekly prize will be contacted within 5 days of being selected at 12.30pm each Friday. They will then have a further 5 days to claim their prize and submit address details to receive it.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

14. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

15. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found here: Privacy Policy. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.

16. The Promoter has no control over internet networks or phone type used and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

17. The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting info@thatcherscider.co.uk We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing info@thatcherscider.co.uk. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests

You agree that Thatchers may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.thatcherscider.co.uk and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the prize draw. You agree to grant Thatchers a nonexclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

19. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

20. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions.

21. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

22. Insofar as is permitted by law, Thatchers, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Thatchers, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
