    [Boardmasters Festival Ticket Giveaway] Terms and Conditions [24/07/25]

    1. For the purposes of these terms, the Promoter Thatchers Cider Company Limited trading as Thatchers with registered office Myrtle Farm Station Road, Sandford, Winscombe, Avon, BS25 5RA whose Instagram handle is @thatcherscider (“Promoter Accounts”).
    2. The giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over with a UK main-land residential address, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, representatives, advisors or any third party directly associated with operation or administration of the giveaway.
    3. To enter take a picture of the festival balloon swing, tag @thatchers on Instagram and use the hashtag #ThatchersBalloonBar
    4. The “Prize” is for 2 x festival tickets – to Boardmasters Festival ’26 – allocated to 1 x winner + 1 x case of Thatchers Haze (24 x 440ml cans). Please note that show dates for 2026 may not yet be released and confirmation – this information will be provided by the Promoter as soon as it has been released. Excludes travel, for accommodation camping is included with ticket.
    5. This giveaway is open to entries posted between [24th July at 10.00am] and [12th August, 10pm]. All entries received after [12th August, 10pm] (“Closing Date”) are automatically disqualified.
    6. All entries must be submitted by complying with the terms specified in the post to constitute a valid entry and multiple entries through agents or third parties are invalid.
    7. Posts depicting behaviour deemed inappropriate by the Promoter including: sexually suggestive images & nudity, dangerous & harmful acts and graphic content will not be eligible for entry. Nobody under the age of 18 should be featured.
    8. These terms are in addition to those set in the competition poster. By entering the giveaway, you agree and accept to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry; these terms are accessible at Win Boardmasters Festival 2026 Tickets! – Thatchers Cider. If there is any conflict between these terms and the post caption then these terms will prevail.
    9. The entry requirements on the poster and these terms should be clear and easy to understand. However, if you are having trouble understanding the terms please ask a member of staff on the stand or direct message the Promoter and the Promoter shall endeavour to clarify any questions that you have.
    10. You must comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions in order for your entry to be counted but please note that Instagram and/or META are not in any way affiliated, connected or involved in the giveaway, nor have they endorsed this giveaway.
    11. The giveaway is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Winners will never be asked by the Promoter to pay to enter the competition and the Promoter will never ask you to provide bank details.
    12. The Promoter will only ever contact you via the Promoters Account. Please be aware of scammers and/or phishing accounts and note that the Promoter will not be held liable for instances for any loss where third parties have imitated, impersonated or represented themselves as the Promoter and/or otherwise connected to the giveaway and the Promoter.
    13. The winner will be chosen at random 10 days after the Closing Date of the giveaway. The winner will ONLY be notified by direct message on one of the Promoter Accounts within 10 days of the Closing Date. The winner must provide a UK-main land residential postal address to claim the Prize.
    14. The winner will receive their confirmation of the Prize within 30 days of the Closing Date unless the winner does not respond to the Promoter’s contact efforts and/or fails to provide a suitable address as specified above. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter and/or provide the necessary details within 10 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the random draw process described above.
    15. Subject to paragraph 12 above, the Prize will be sent to the winner once the event dates have been confirmed and tickets have been issued by the event host – this is likely to be in early 2026. The Promoter shall not be held liable where a courier and/or postal service has failed to deliver the Prize to the winner.
    16. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-returnable and no cash alternative is offered.
    17. In the unlikely event that the original Prize is unavailable, a reasonable equivalent will be provided to the winner.
    18. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and its sole discretion to verify the eligibility of any entrant (including their age and/or residential address).
    19. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize draw and this giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    20. By entering this giveaway, you agree to take part in unpaid related promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize and consent to the Promoter using your name and image in promotional material.
    21. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
    22. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes unavoidable.
    23. The Promoter will only amend and/or update these terms where it is absolutely unavoidable and necessary to do so, otherwise it shall be avoided at all costs.
    24. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize and/or otherwise entering the giveaway, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    25. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any social media site entries to be received on account of technical problems, downtime, or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the promotion.
    26. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
    27. This giveaway will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the giveaway submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
