Our Brand Academy focuses on the commercial area of the business, including customer service and sales. This role will be predominately office based in the customer service team where you will have the opportunity to work with various other departments during your apprenticeship.
You will work as part of a team servicing the needs of our customers and supporting the sales team.
It’s a great opportunity to develop your confidence, resilience, and all-round commercial business knowledge. Many apprentices go on to work in different departments once they find their niche.
The qualification you will obtain will be Level 3 Customer Service Specialist. Our college provider for this apprenticeship is Weston College.
Typically, the apprenticeship will take 12-18 months to complete.
