We’re excited to announce our 2026 apprenticeship vacancies are now live!
For us, investing in our apprentices is not only investing in their futures, but ours too. We’re proud that 18% of our employees are either currently an apprentice, or have been through our award-winning apprenticeship programme.
Now in its eighth year, the programme offers opportunities across the business for young people to gain hands-on, practical experience while undertaking an academic qualification, with a 100% commitment to offering a job to those who successfully complete their apprenticeship.
This weekend we welcomed prospective candidates to our Talent Open Day. It offered a unique chance to see behind the scenes of working life at Thatchers, and to ask questions about the programme directly to those who are part of it; from running it, to undertaking an apprenticeship through it.
