Chef Romy Gill’s Railway Takeover & exclusive recipes

We’ve teamed up with celebrity chef, Romy Gill, best known for Ready Steady Cook and her bestselling books, for a special one-off event at The Railway Inn this November.

And if you can’t wait that long, she’s shared three exclusive recipes that blend her signature comforting Indian flavours with our famous Somerset cider!

Romy will be our special guest, taking over the kitchens of The Railway for one night on Wednesday 12 November. She will be cooking up a range of delicious dishes full of flavour, warmth and storytelling. Expect bold spices, seasonal ingredients and a menu that that celebrates the warmth of Indian cooking and the freshness of Somerset cider. The menu will be paired with a flight of ciders specially selected by Eleanor Thatcher, fifth generation cidermaker at Thatchers Cider.
