Three Brothers Burgers head chef Joey MacGibbon cooks pork shoulder long and slow in Thatchers Vintage to really infuse the flavour of this special oak aged cider. He pulls the pork, fills a brioche bun, and tops with crackling and his own apple and Katy coleslaw.
Apple and cider celebrations are in full swing throughout October at Three Brothers Burgers aboard Spyglass in Bristol, which is moored in the heart of Bristol close to Bristol Bridge.
