Congratulations to everyone involved with Bleadon in Bloom this year for winning a Silver Gilt award in the South West in Bloom competition.

With our Shiplate Orchards very much part of the village environment, we’ve been delighted to be involved in Bleadon’s entry, with our Farm Manager Chris Muntz-Torres showing the judge around our orchards and explaining what a vital role they play for local biodiversity. This year Thatchers received an “It’s Your Neighbourhood” award in the competition. Bleadon in Bloom isn’t just about flowers – it’s about creating a sense of pride in the village. Congratulations Bleadon!
