We’re delighted to introduce our new 5 litre mini-keg for Thatchers Gold Cider.

A 4.8%, medium dry Somerset cider crafted at Myrtle Farm in Sandford, Thatchers Gold is our much- loved cider, with a rich golden colour and made from a blend of bittersweet apples including Dabinett, Porters Perfection and Harry Masters Jersey. In fact, Thatchers Gold is now the no 2 best-selling apple cider in cans in the UK, and in pubs is the no 2 best-selling apple cider on draught.

Martin Thatcher, managing director and fourth generation cidermaker says, “This is the first time we have produced a mini-keg, it’s something we’ve been thinking about for a while, and from the fantastic response we’ve received from our social media followers this week, it will go down a treat and people are looking forward to being able to buy it.

“Whether for parties, family gatherings, outdoor eats and barbecues, this will suit those occasions where you’re looking to share with friends.”

The Thatchers Gold mini-keg will be available from 594 selected Tesco stores nationwide from 27^th March.
