Somerset Day 2017
Thatchers Cider will be celebrating Somerset Day – 11th May – this year with an evening of entertainment at The Railway Inn, Sandford, with The Mendip Morrismen.
They’ll be performing at 7pm, so come along in plenty of time to get a front row seat.
The Railway Inn will also be putting on a special Somerset Cider and Cheese tasting with some delicious local cheeses and Thatchers ciders.
During the evening the winners of a competition organised by The Railway Inn will be announced. Pupils from Churchill primary school have been asked to be creative and enter a drawing that describes “Somerset and the area where I live.”
There will also be celebratory Somerset Day promotions on Thatchers Family Reserve sparkling apple wine in the Myrtle Farm Cider Shop.
And to round off the activities, Thatchers will be running its #LoveSomerset social media campaign during the month of May. So keep a look out on Facebook and Twitter for some exciting opportunities to win some Thatchers Cider goodies.
