Our golden Perfection in Every Drop Campaign has been named The Grocer’s Top Cider Campaign for 2021. Announced in the leading trade publication’s Top Products issue this week, we unveiled the campaign in Spring this year, and like a refreshing smooth glass of Thatchers Gold, it made a huge impact with our consumers.
The campaign focuses on the perfection in every glass of Thatchers Gold, from the energising bubbles through to the smoothness settling in the glass, and of course, its deliciously rich golden colour. Once that last drop lands in the glass, we’re left in no doubt where the origin of this perfection lies – the apple!
This is a highly visual campaign, encapsulating the generations of cider making expertise and unwavering strive for quality that is embodied in Thatchers Gold. And we’ve been able to get close up and personal right down to the very last drop bringing the ad into the homes of over 20 million people over the summer, via TV, video on demand and digital media.
The Grocer Top Products Awards use YouGov’s BrandIndex data, where thousands of consumers are interviewed daily about their awareness of brands, their recall of advertising and how positively they perceive it.
