Haze Salt

Take your BBQ to another level with our Haze Salt – a great seasoning for chips!

This recipe uses:

Thatchers Haze

  • 50g Sea salt flakes
  • 100ml Thatchers Haze
  1. Pour the sea salt and Thatchers Haze into a saucepan & place on a high heat.
  2. When the cider starts to boil, turn down to a medium heat.
  3. When most of the cider has evaporated, reduce the heat.
  4. Stir continuously until all the liquid has evaporated.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
