Take your BBQ to another level with our Haze Salt – a great seasoning for chips!
- 50g Sea salt flakes
- 100ml Thatchers Haze
- Pour the sea salt and Thatchers Haze into a saucepan & place on a high heat.
- When the cider starts to boil, turn down to a medium heat.
- When most of the cider has evaporated, reduce the heat.
- Stir continuously until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Serve and enjoy!
