To manage and grow brand presence and awareness in a defined territory through increasing the distribution and availability of Thatchers Cider brands
•Maintain a calls per day average (no. dependant on role), through effective journey planning.
•Deliver customer/consumer experiences through Tours, Tastings, events, product placement (availability & visibility) and POS support.
•Create and build excellent working relationships across your customer base.
•Identify new opportunities to increase product distribution, through additional installs, facings or listings within your territory.
•Use the company CRM system to log all activity and produce sales information.
•An excellent track record of customer service and interpersonal skills
•To of gained experience in a customer facing role
•To have the desire to learn and a thirst for knowledge to develop a career in sales
•To show us your commitment to a hard working work ethic and going the extra mile
•Be able to drive with a full UK driving licence
•Have the ability to self-direct and organise your time
•A positive outlook, demonstrating integrity and honesty
•Resilient and persistent in getting things done
•A can-do attitude with the drive to succeed
•A background in a sales environment (not essential)
•Knowledge of our customer base, bars, pubs, supermarkets, wholesale and independent shops
•Can demonstrate selling skills
