Thatchers x OS Maps Pint Sized Walks Free Pint Offer Terms & Conditions

Promotion Mechanic

• Complete a Pint-Sized Walk on OS Maps and, after completing the walk, eligible participants aged 18 or over may claim either one free pint of Thatchers Cider or, where available, one free pint of Thatchers Zero (a non-alcohol version) at a participating pub. To claim, participants must show that they have downloaded the OS Maps app to their device and confirm that they have completed the relevant Pint-Sized Walk.

Terms & Conditions

• Open to UK residents (excluding Scotland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, associates, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Offer available from 01/08/2026 to 30/09/2026 during the participating pub’s standard opening hours only.
• Offer limited to one pint per participant during the availability period only, while stocks last. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. TIt cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  The offer is valid for Thatchers Cider or Thatchers Zero (non-alcohol version) only. No other ciders, alcohol or soft drinks are included in the offer.

• The Promoters  are not responsible for any problems in redeeming the free pint at the pub including pub opening hours, refusal to serve due to intoxication or any other issues or product availability. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service in line with licensing law, safety concerns, and responsible retailing practice.
• By redeeming the offer you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoters that are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Participating pubs may change, withdraw from the promotion or be unable to honour the offer due to stock shortages, licensing restrictions, operational issues, temporary closures or other circumstances outside of the Promoter’s or venue’s reasonable control. The Promoters reserve the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion, amend these terms, or substitute an alternative participating venue if reasonably required to do so at any time.
• Any personal data you provide to the Promoters will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR and associated laws.  The way in which your data will be processed by the Promoters will be set out in the Promoters’ respective privacy policies.

• Participants are responsible for assessing the suitability and safety of any route. Neither Thatchers nor Ordnance Survey accepts responsibility for route conditions, weather, personal fitness or walking safety.

• The Promoters accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the fulfilment, or any loss, injury or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this offer promotion, or accepting or redeeming the drink voucher offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.   Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The Promoters shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you in relation to this offer.
• The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any participant who they reasonably believe has breached these terms.
• If for any reason the offer is not capable of running as planned as a result of any (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond the Promoter’s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the offer promotion, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer promotion and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
• A failure by a Promoter to enforce any of the terms and conditions in the terms in any instance will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any participant nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.
• Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded.
• In the event that any provision of these terms are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.
• Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit any of the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our staff’s negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation.
• The Promoters cannot guarantee that the services or systems for entering a offer, will at all times be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of any problem with any network or line, system, server, software, or for any technical malfunction or failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility where all or any part of the service relating to a promotion is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
• The offer is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Facebook, Twitter or Instagram social media platform providers. Participants agree to abide by the terms of service of those platform providers when entering the offer if it is published on social media and further agree to release the social media sites from any liability arising from or as a result of any participation in such offer.
