Blood Orange Crumble
Cosy up this Autumn with our sweet take on the classic apple crumble – Thatchers style!

25ml Whiskey (preferably Bourbon)
50ml cinnamon syrup
Topped up with Blood orange
Cinnamon sugar
- Dip the rim of the glass in a little orange juice then dip in cinnamon sugar
- Shake the whiskey & syrup over ice in a Boston shaker
- Strain into a glass over ice
- Top up with blood orange
- Garnish with a slice of apple and cinnamon stick
