The Spicy Myrtle

- 50ml of your favourite spiced rum
- 50ml syrup from stem ginger
- 100ml ginger beer
- 1 bottle of Thatchers Katy cider
- 1 lime
Serves 2
- Muddle ½ of the lime in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the ginger syrup, spiced rum & ginger beer. Stir well.
- Pour through a strainer, over ice into your favourite glass.
- Top up with Thatchers Katy.
- Garnish with a slice of stem ginger & a wedge of lime.
- Enjoy!
