The Spicy Myrtle

This cocktail uses:

Thatchers Katy

  • 50ml of your favourite spiced rum
  • 50ml syrup from stem ginger
  • 100ml ginger beer
  • 1 bottle of Thatchers Katy cider
  • 1 lime

Serves 2

  1. Muddle ½ of the lime in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the ginger syrup, spiced rum & ginger beer. Stir well.
  3. Pour through a strainer, over ice into your favourite glass.
  4. Top up with Thatchers Katy.
  5. Garnish with a slice of stem ginger & a wedge of lime.
  6. Enjoy!
