Cloudy Lemon Drizzle
Add a zingy twist to your pancakes this year, by topping your pancake with our Cloudy Lemon Drizzle and some fresh fruit.

- Pancake mix
- Icing sugar – 125g
- Cloudy Lemon – 50ml for recipe – the rest to enjoy
- 1 Lemon
- Blueberries or your choice of fresh fruit.
- Create your pancakes, just how you like them, American fluffy style or crêpes.
- Mix the icing sugar with the Cloudy Lemon (add a squeeze of lemon for extra zing!)
- Drizzle on top.
- Top with fresh fruit.
- Enjoy!
