Haze BBQ Sauce
It’s time to get your BBQ grilling and your cider chilling! Impress your guests and make your own Homemade Haze BBQ Sauce.

- 2 tomatoes
- 2 bramley apples
- 2 red peppers
- 2 tsps green peppercorns
- 2 tsps fennel seeds
- 2 tsps mustard seeds
- 1 tsp chipotle flakes
- 500ml Thatchers Haze
- 50ml cider vinegar
- 8g pectin
- Toast the spices (peppercorns, fennel seeds, mustard seeds & chipotle flakes) for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Once toasted, add tomatoes, apples, peppers, toasted spices, cider vinegar and Thatchers Haze to a blender.
- Blend to a purée.
- Pass through a fine sieve.
- To make into a jelly, add 8 grams of pectin.
- Heat gently, stirring continuously.
- Serve & enjoy!
