- 4 Teaspoon Thatchers Haze Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Chipotle Chilli Flakes
- 2 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- ½ Teaspoon Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Black Peppercorns
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds
- 2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 5 Allspice Berries (or 1 Teaspoon of Ground)
- Put all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend to desired coarseness.
- Rub on chosen meat or vegetarian option.
