Here’s a refreshing recipe from Tim Maddams for a special Thatchers Vintage and Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients:

• 1/2 a lemon
• A good handful of washed elderflowers
• 500ml good quality apple juice
• 500ml ice
• 1x 500ml bottle chilled Thatchers Vintage Cider

Method:

1. Add the ice and elderflowers (or a spot of cordial) to the apple juice and stir well with a squeeze of lemon for around 2 minutes.
2. Pour half the cider into a glass and top off with the elderflower and apple juice mix.
3. For a stronger drink, use half the amount of apple juice.
4. Sit back and enjoy.
