Stan’s Big Apple is a medium-dry, still cider. The juice from this blend of bittersweet Redstreak, Tremlett’s Bitter and Dabinett apples is allowed to mellow and mature. The result is a full-flavoured traditional Somerset cider, with a hint of spice.
